JPMorgan OnChain Liquidity-Token Money Market Fund

JLTXX is a government money market fund defined by Rule 2(a)-7 that is available on public blockchain. It solely invests in U.S. Treasury bills, bonds and notes (collectively, "U.S. Treasury securities"), overnight repurchase agreements fully collateralized by U.S. Treasury securities and/or cash. JLTXX intends to be managed in accordance to guidelines applicable to (i) qualify as a "government money market fund" under Rule 2a-7 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 , and (ii) satisfy the eligible reserve asset requirements for stablecoin issuers under the Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins Act ("GENIUS Act").
