primeUSD is a permissioned, institutional yield product built by Resolv Labs on the Vault Street platform. It runs a leveraged carry strategy across investment-grade tokenized real-world assets: collateral initially consists of tokenized short-duration U.S. Treasury positions (Superstate's USTB and Janus Henderson's JTRSY via Centrifuge), with the Janus Henderson AAA CLO fund (JAAA) being added as leveraged collateral, ramping from 10% toward a 30% cap. Positions are deployed with controlled leverage on Aave Horizon. Depositors subscribe with stablecoins and receive primeUSD, a token representing their pro-rata share of the vault. The product operates under an investment-grade, low-risk mandate and is designed for compliance-driven institutional allocators, with permissioned access, rigorous asset selection, and transparent onchain positions.
