Staked USD.infra

Staked USD.infra, or sUSD.infra, is a tokenized debt instrument representing a contractual creditor claim against DAWN Foundation. Eligible participants receive sUSD.infra by depositing USD.infra into the DAWN InfraFi Vault. The instrument is intended to be redeemable at par plus accrued amounts, subject to the applicable terms, available liquidity, redemption procedures and risk factors. Payments are serviced from cash flows generated by a pool of infrastructure-related loans originated and held by DAWN Foundation as lender of record and extended to project SPVs. sUSD.infra does not provide holders with ownership of the underlying loans, SPVs, infrastructure assets or related contracts. Participation is limited to eligible non-U.S. persons physically outside the United States and is subject to geographic, sanctions, eligibility, onboarding and transfer restrictions. Any target return is not guaranteed, and participants may lose some or all of their capital.
